Water means life. We can’t live more than 72 hours
without water. Animals and plants can’t live without water too.
In our Planet, 97% of all the water is salt water and
only 1% can be used by people. The other 2% is frozen water and we can’t drink
it.
Today we must save this precious resource because the
demand of water is increasing every year. In fact, the growing population in
our Planet needs more and more water. The global warming is reducing our water
supplies too.
So it is very important that we use water wisely and
not waste it.
Remember: when we save water, we also save energy and
money!
Saving water is not a hard thing. Simple things like
turning the tap off while you brush your teeth or spending less time in the
shower help reduce water wastage.
We must do our part in saving water for future
generations and it is our responsibility to learn more about it.
